Unless you live in Kansas, there is no tax added to your order. The price stated for each item is the total price you will be charged. Unless you live outside the continental United States, no shipping or handling charges are added.
We do not accept credit cards or Paypal. We would have to increase our prices by at least 3-4% in order to do that. We are a small company and we try to keep costs down. Please pay by personal check or money order. We may start making your clothing as soon as we receive your order, but we can’t ship until your payment has cleared the bank.
Because we make all our clothing to personally fit you, we don’t keep inventory on hand, so please allow four to six weeks before delivery. Often during lag times we can get your items out sooner than that.
We usually ship USPS Priority Mail. We don’t ship to a P.O. box
Make sure to give us all measurements necessary to construct your clothing even if there isn’t a place on the order form for a specific measurement. Measure accurately using a sewing “tape measure” if possible and remember to not pull the tape too tightly. To measure accurately, you often need someone to assist you. If you don’t know how to measure yourself, we suggest giving us a call or looking on the web for “How to measure” yourself sites. Remember, having too many measurements are better than not having enough.
We guarantee our products. If you are not happy with the product or the fit, you may return the article and it will be replaced, reworked, or your money refunded.
